Ok, so this is turning out to be an every couple of days thing as opposed to an everyday thing. That's ok, as long as I remember to do it and it is helping me out.
So, yesterday I went to my first cardio class in about 10 years. I was proud of myself for keeping up for the whole hour even if it was at my own slower pace. It was kind of embarrassing being in there with those smaller women and they could keep up but everyone has to start somewhere. I feel confident that if I keep it up I will be able to pick up the pace and run with the pack. I plan on taking advantage of the other classes offered here (free of course) like Yoga. I even have my daughter doing Yoga once a week with the other kids. She likes it because she gets to hang out with someone other than her brothers.
Some shopping to do today and then picking Daddy up from work. I think we will be heading to the main medical building today to get any vaccinations/shots we need.
