Not much has happened over the last couple of days. I did make it to a Yoga class on Monday which was awesome. Going back for more tonight. I figure I will just stick with the Yoga a couple of times a week and pick the cardio back up in a few weeks. My heel was killing me Monday so lots of icing and resting for tonight. It sure is easy to go to that 1st class and then reason your way out of not going anymore, which is probably what I just did with Cardio but I think being only 1 month post-op I really should not overdo it on my foot. I am going to push to get to Yoga each week. I really need to do something!
I have added something else to worry about this week. My husband will have to be at his new post in mid-May which means the kids will have to move to a new school AGAIN and this time only for the 3-4 weeks that remain in the school year. That's harsh for them. This will be their 3rd school this school year. Not to mention that the boys started out with one teacher, had a sub for a few months while she was out with her adoption, teacher came back and then they move. Uggghh! We are thinking that if we HAVE to leave in May that the kids and I will just go back to the 1st school and stay with family for the month left in school then head to the new post for summer. I am really hoping that they can get back into their original school if we have to leave here. That would be ideal and I think less stressful for the kids.
We shall see. All will be revealed in time. So for now we are going to focus on what's here and let the chips fall where they may.
