Tonight we celebrate the birthday of the Boy Scouts and the advancements of our Cub Scouts with the annual Blue and Gold banquet. It's really a celebration for the older boys as they cross over from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts but the younger scouts also get recognized for their achievements.
It's a little difficult to follow everything that goes on when you have to keep track of 4 other people so here are the pictures that I was able to get, or have others get for me.
It was an awesome surprise to have the
Marines from the Embassy on hand to perform our flag ceremony and do
uniform inspections. The boys loved it.
There was Cake! And Coconut Ice Cream!
