Well, It was a long, long flight followed by another long flight but we finally made it to Thailand.

After 13.5 hours on the 1st leg we made it from Dulles to Narida, Tokyo.

We hung out in the airport for a few hours. The kids played on the laptops (Andy with his trains) for about an hour before we realized we were at the wrong gate and on the other side of the terminal. We hurried to the right gate, arriving about 20 minutes before boarding.

Six and a half hours later we arrived in Bangkok. We ended up having to flight way out over the Philippines to avoid a nasty storm but we still made it on time. Our new friend Won met us outside of the airport, bless his heart being there at almost midnight with a large van that fit ALL of us, including our 22 pieces of luggage.

The best part about getting here was to finally have a bed to sleep in.
