Easter in Ft. Myers

We couldn't make it North 5-6 hours to be with the majority of our family to celebrate Easter but we were able to make it across Alligator Alley to spend the night with Ben's Aunt Gail and visit with his Grandmother and family/friends for the day.

Coloring eggs at Aunt Gail's.

Ellie making her Pink Lemonade cookies.

The Easter Bunny came but was a little lacking since he didn't have a chance to pick up needed items while kid-less.

Gotta love the movie "HOP".
EB was here!

He even got into the brownies.

Easter morning outside Aunt Gail's.

Ellie actually let me do her hair. It lasted for the car ride to Mom-Mom's house then it became a plain-ole pony tail.

Egg hunt with Mom-Mom.

Aunt Gail made a carrot cake and let Ellie decorate but the decorations melted and slid around in the car. One sharp turn at the last stop sign before the house and the top layer slid off of the bottom. There were jelly beans in the shape of a bunny all around the cake.

EB brought Angry Bird kites.

Cousins Sarah and Adam.
Everyone but Benny slept the whole way home. Maybe it was the crash from all of the sugar they ate today!
