Grocery shopping here. It's always an adventure. From the street marketsand soi food, to convenient stores (7-Eleven), to big name supermarkets, to buy-in-bulk stores. A regular shopping trip would include trips to each different store. One store has better quality items than the others where the next store has cheaper items. The buy-in-bulk store has larger quantities which are always needed for our large family, and they have cheaper soda to feed my addiction.
I made a last minute run this morning to our bulk store, Makro, before the movers arrived. It's similar to Sam's, BJ's, or Costco in the U.S. You have to have a membership card to purchase things but membership is free here.
